Coligny Special School is a Government Hostel Project built to accommodate students with special needs. It is composed of hostels for male and female, kitchen, clinic, staff accommodation and maintenance block. The expected number of students to be accommodated is 208. Block 1 is girls Hostel, Block 2 is Senior boys’ hostel, Block 3 is junior boys’ hostel, Block 4 is kitchen, Block 5 is clinic.

Block 6 is nurses’ residence, Block 7 is guard house, Block 8 is manager house and Block 9 is principal house.  This is a 3-storey building comprising of about 1600m2 of floor space per floor. Externally there is a battery room, external water storage facilities, guard house and parking area including a solar plant area feeding the building as backup power. Shomang Construction’s scope of work includes earthworks, buildings, bulk services installation, concrete works, wet trades as well as all finishes including internal and external final fittings.
