    • Program in Project Management

    • 10 years working experience in construction

    • Project Management registration

    • SACPCMP member

    Contract knowledge

    • Proficiency with project management software

    • Strong planning, leading, coordination, and monitoring

    • Effective problem solving

    • Risk Management

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

    • Attend to all site meetings.

    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

    • Liaison with consultants on contractual matters.

    • Safety implementation on site

    • Quality control on site

    • Ensure staff maintains a positive moral and attitude

    • Project closure report
