Sedibeng TVET College is a Corporate Office park for the Sedibeng TVET College. This is a 3-storey building comprising of about 1600m2 of floor space per floor. The building comprises of undercover parking area, office space, kitchen and cafeteria, health and wellness centre as well as a state of the art auditorium with a capacity of 300 seating space.

Exernally there is a battery room, external water storage facilities, guard house and covered parking area including a solar plant area feeding the building as back up power. Shomang Construction’s scope of work includes earthworks, bulk services installation, concrete works, wet trades as well as all finishes including internal and external final fittings.
